Step 5: Verify the Connection

DNS changes can take some time to propagate. Typically, this can be anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours.

  1. To check if your domain is connected correctly, visit your domain in a web browser.
  2. You should see your website as designed in the website builder.

Troubleshooting

  • DNS Propagation: If you don't see your website immediately, it may be due to DNS propagation delays. Give it some time and check back later.
  • Incorrect DNS Settings: Double-check that you entered the correct IP address and that the A Record is pointing to it.
  • Support: If you're still experiencing issues after 48 hours, contact our support team for assistance.

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully connect your owned domain to our website builder and have your website live on your custom domain. Enjoy building and showcasing your website with QuickServers.net!
